I love these guys for several reasons:
1. I’ve lived in several towns/cities where going to a mechanic and talking about my car has been difficult and intimidating. (female here) I never feel that way when interacting with the staff here. Never talked down to or patronized, and kind as always. Eric explains everything.
2. They go above and beyond. Ideally, I needed a new fuel tank, but couldn’t afford it, and they researched a cheaper alternative for my situation, buying me time. When I was purchasing my current used car, I was able to stop by and let them take a look at it at no charge. This was very helpful! If I have a concern, they’re very patient when I bring it to them.
3. They are sensitive to my budget–I bet I don’t even know all the ways. They discuss payment options with me and recently included a service at no charge–I believe because I disclosed my budget, but I did that thinking that all the services were covered, so I had no expectation of this generous action.
They are just awesome, and you can feel they care about helping you–not just working on machines– and I tell my family, my friends, and coworkers to go to Bock Auto.
